At Xilo Boatworks we strive to combine beauty and function in the stand up paddle boards (SUP) and kayaks we build.  We begin every build by first identifying the ways in which a client intends to use their SUP / kayak.  Concept evolves into vision with design, wood species, and features selections.  We build primarily by hand, allowing the wood and materials to dictate the final aesthetic.  The result is a strong craft whose surprisingly high performance is matched by its beauty.
